ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for reliable Groundworkers to join our groundwork and RC frame teams on a busy project in New Romney. You will support a range of general groundworks activities, helping deliver safe and high-quality projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:General groundworks including digging, backfilling and concretingAssisting with externals (slabs, kerbs, edgings) where requiredAssisting plant operators and banking 360 machines and dumpersBasic drainage and ducting works as directed by the ForemanKeeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant with site rulesWorking as part of a gang to support programme deliveryREQUIREMENTS:CSCS Labourer/Groundworker card or equivalent, with proven site experienceConfident carrying out general groundworks tasks under supervisionAble to follow drawings, levels and instructions from supervisorsReliable, punctual and able to work well with other tradesRight to work in the UKDESIRABLE:CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and/or Ride-On RollerCAT & Genny ticketSafety Critical Medical* Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram.
