Groundworker/Dumper Driver
We are looking for a skilled groundworker with valid dumper tickets and proven finishing experience (slabs, kerbs, edging). This is a key role on our sites, supporting safe and efficient delivery of projects.
Essential Requirements:Valid CPCS/NPORS dumper ticket
Valid CSCS labourer or skilled worker card
Strong finishing skills: slabs, kerbs, edgings
Confident in drainage works (internal & external), including safe setup of site drainage stacks
Able to dig and concrete footings
Experience working alongside 360° machines and dumpers (banking and operating)
Able to read levels and drawings accurately
Competent in daily plant safety checks and reporting (Dumpers/Rollers)
Experienced working safely around live services and applying service avoidance techniques
Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively
2+ years’ groundworks experience
Additional plant tickets (Telehandlers, Rollers, etc.)
Experience working as part of a finishing gang/team
Reliability and good timekeeping
Ability to work well with other trades and keep programmes on track
Right to work in the UK
