We are seeking a Head of Admissions to commence in Term 3. The right person will be:

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and personalised experience for prospective students and their families
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow student enrolments across the College
• Initiate and drive improvements to enhance the enrolment process and experience
• Create and coordinate promotional initiatives to strengthen engagement with the local community
• Represent the College at internal and external events, including presenting to prospective families and community groups
• Contribute to the College’s marketing and communications efforts to effectively promote the College’s identity and offering
• Conduct enrolment analysis, forecasting, and data-informed reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and achieve enrolment targets in line with College goals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely and compliant statistical and enrolment reporting
