  • Embedding pragmatic frameworks across performance, capability, wellbeing and inclusion
  • Working closely with the broader P&C team to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions
  • Leading or supporting a small team to deliver seamless HR partnering across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to deliver tangible people and business outcomes
  • Strong background in organisational change, design or transformation
  • Credibility in leadership coaching, facilitation and improving team effectiveness
  • Experience shaping culture, engagement and leadership capability, including succession and talent development
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach, with strong commercial judgement and a collaborative style
  • Experience working with operational teams
