If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and have a knack for customer service, this position is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Third Party Works, issue job packs, and manage related contract documentation and registersMaintain and update systems and reports (SAP essential; PowerBI advantageous) including accurate data entry and timesheet processingCreate and manage work orders, monitor job progress, and close out completed worksReview and prioritise inquiries, managing an Outlook inbox and collaborating across departments to support workflowHandle procurement tasks including materials, purchase orders, and goods receiptingSupport project tracking (budgets, approvals, change management) and contribute to data analysis and reporting About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and the ability to learn and manage multiple IT systems effectively.
