We ask our students and employees to embrace our motto of ‘Plus Ultra’ and contribute to Challenging Minds | Nurturing Hearts | Building Futures.We are seeking energised and enthusiastic applicants for a permanent full-time Senior Support Officer with a customer centric focus to contribute and support the Helpdesk team of the ITS Department, based at our Indooroopilly School.In addition to providing effective technical support to all members of the College community, the Senior Support Officer provides support and guidance within the Helpdesk team and may provide technical support in more complex scenarios and project work. About you:You have excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the telephone, with an ability to connect with varying customer groups (staff, students, parents, volunteers)You possess highly developed organisational skills. You are able to learn quickly and adapt in an ever-changing technology environment.You can demonstrate your conceptual, analytical and research skills in the workplace.You are a skilled communicator and value the opportunity to work within a team and offer support and guidance to other team membersYou have a strong understanding and knowledge of IT services and systems along with broader cloud-based services including but not limited to Microsoft 365 and Google Classroom.You have a high-level understanding of MDM solutions and device SOE management.Working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams is motivating.
