Together academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registrar to join our Springfield team. The role will manage and administer the College’s admission process and service delivery to meet college enrolment needs and ensure effective communications with prospective and current families on behalf of the College. The role also operates with others across the College with a focus on attracting and retaining student enrolments.The Registrar is a permanent and full-time position and is supported by the Enrolments and Events Officer.Qualifications, Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications, preferably at degree level, in a relevant field to position requirements or a combination of lesser qualifications and equivalent knowledge and experience.Demonstrated successful experience working in a college or school designated enrolments role or in a similar role requiring a similar skill set.Strong knowledge and understanding of student admission processes in educational settings.Effective staff supervision experience.Demonstrated experience and commitment to providing high levels of customer service to a range of different audiences with differing needs.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate sensitively and confidentially with current and prospective parents, students, colleagues and other external parties.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver work activities and meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to think ahead, apply analytical skills to solve service delivery issues.Capability to analyse and trend data and provide relevant reporting within a school admissions or enrolments context.Demonstrated advanced computer skills including a sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.You will also identify with St Peters’ professional behaviours of trust, accountability, unconditional positive regard and open communication and feedback and apply these in all that you do.To applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter (briefly addressing the selection criteria outlined in the attached position description) with two (2) referees via the link provided.
