As the first point of contact for our school, the Enrolments Team are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing families of the College as they progress from enquiry to commencement. Under the direction of the Director of Community Engagement, this role includes responsibility of coordinating the daily operations of the Enrolments team, maintaining and enhancing enrolment processes and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure team and College objectives are achieved.  The successful candidate will use their well-developed communication, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills to ensure the team, its customers and stakeholders are supported and guided through the entire Enrolments lifecycle.  About you:You have a strong understanding of the Enrolment process in educational settingsYou have demonstrated experience and understanding of CRICOS, PRISMS and Overseas StudentsYou have proven managerial ability within an Enrolments environment and are able to influence your teams to deliver high quality and accurate services to internal and external customersYou have well-developed research and evaluation skills and demonstrate effective and tailored application of findingsYou possess exceptional problem-solving skills and feel comfortable working through complex situationsYou enjoy and are skilled at both operational and strategic areas of workYou possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, colleagues and other external partiesYou are able to use technology and software effectively to assist communication and lead workflow efficienciesYou are open-minded and able to adapt to new and changing environmentsYou demonstrate high levels of personal initiative and accountability and are able to achieve outcomes within strict timeframesYou are highly organised with strong attention to detailYou are able to work collaboratively and develop strong professional relationships with those around youYou value contributing to diverse and inclusive communities and accept the responsibility to uphold the Christian Ethos, including core values of care, dignity & respectYou identify with St Peters’ professional behaviours of trust, accountability, unconditional positive regard and open communication and feedback and apply these in all that you doPlease view the Position Description included below for more information about this role.Applications close 18 October 2021.Position Description AUD Indooroopilly 4068
