About the RoleSt Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team. Our OSHC Educators play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively as part of the Service team and in partnership with the College and Approved Provider to maintain high standards of education and care.Contribute positively to team culture, demonstrating enthusiasm, flexibility, and collaboration.Support the preparation, organisation, and pack up of resources and environments. Build respectful relationships with families and the wider community, encouraging engagement, supporting communication, and responding to diverse needs.Follow the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), contribute to continuous improvement processes, and support Quality Improvement Plan and assessment requirements. What You BringNo qualification required but would be looked on favourably.Previous experience looking after children in a structured setting would be looked on favourably.Demonstrated knowledge of the developmental, social, and wellbeing needs of school-aged children.Understanding of relevant regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements applicable to OSHC services, including work health and safety obligations.
