Reporting to the Head of Springfield, this key role delivers high‑quality marketing, digital communications and events that promote the College as a preferred provider of independent education.This is a 0.6 FTE part‑time position with flexible working arrangements. The role can be worked across the full year or as part‑time hours during school term only (approximately 40 weeks per year).This role will suit a hands‑on marketing professional with strong graphic design capability and experience across contemporary digital platforms. Working closely with Admissions and Community Engagement teams, you will support enrolment growth, enhance community connection and contribute positively to College culture.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing and CommunicationsCoordinate and deliver the College’s marketing strategy, branding, website updates and social media channels.Design and produce high‑impact marketing collateral and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva and Meta Business Suite.Create and manage high‑quality branded materials and visual assets across print and digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with College brand guidelines.Prepare and distribute approved media releases and supporting content within the College’s demographic area.Events and Community EngagementPlan, coordinate and deliver College events including Open Days, Twilight Tours, enrolment events, expos and community celebrations.Support enrolment and community engagement initiatives through effective event execution.Maintain College administration systems and generate reports as required.Provide administrative and operational support to other teams as needed.What you bringA relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.Demonstrated graphic design experience, supported by a sound understanding of design principles and strong hands‑on experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva and Meta Business Suite.Proven experience in marketing, digital communications and event coordination.Highly developed written, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.High personal accountability, professionalism and a collaborative approach.Commitment to the College’s Christian ethos and values.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your cover letter and curriculum vitae, demonstrating how you meet the requirements of the Position Description by clicking on the Apply button provided.
