Together, academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish. About the Role St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and proven professional to perform the Interim Head of Senior School for the 2026 school year (maximum term contract). The Interim Head of Senior School is responsible and accountable to the Head of College through the Deputy Head of College for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the Senior Years (Years 10-12), keeping them fully informed of Senior School matters.  This influential role provides executive Leadership and Management for the Senior Years (Year 10 to Year 12) in the development and delivery of the academic, pastoral and co-curricular programs and the day to day running of the Senior Years so that the Mission and Vision of the College is realised.  As such you'll be responsible for inspiring, leading and managing the Senior School (Years 10- 12), and overseeing its strategic direction within the broader College vision. This role reports to the Head of College through the Deputy Head of College.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to and provide input into the development of the strategic directions for the CollegeProvide effective leadership to ensure the safe and effective administration of the Senior Years.
