Using foundations in place to create a service focused function, the position ensures housekeeping and laundry services connect with others to deliver a seamless community experience for all at our Indooroopilly College. With beautiful historic and new facilities to maintain across our 50+ acres, this position demands consideration to a breadth operational needs today and planning for the future. With up to 200 Boarders onsite and an all year round schedule, the position requires careful planning of resources, operating rhythms and leadership of a diverse and committed team. Understanding financial frameworks including procurement and budgeting, workplace health and safety and a thorough knowledge of employment principles and workforce scheduling, is key.
