About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundsperson to join our Facilities and Services team.
Reporting to the Grounds Team Leader, this role is key to maintaining the College’s grounds and outdoor infrastructure, ensuring our campus remains safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard to support daily College activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain grounds and outdoor areas to an exceptional standard, ensuring high presentation and minimal disruption to campus activities.
Perform mowing, edging, pruning, fertilising, pest management, green waste removal, and general grounds upkeep.
Undertake landscaping and garden improvement projects, including drainage, paving, irrigation installation, soil preparation, and replanting.
Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on grounds equipment and machinery.
Support the Grounds Team Leader and collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
