Under the direction of the Finance Manager, this role includes responsibility for coordinating the daily operations of the Finance Team members and maintain the accounting records over 2 Colleges.About you:You are CA or CPA qualifiedYou have proven managerial ability within a Finance environment and influence your teams to deliver high quality and accurate services to internal and external customersYou have experience in supervising staff and enabling them to create value through their services You have well-developed research and evaluation skills and demonstrate effective and tailored application of findingsStrong ability to upskill in new industries and legislation quickly and amend processes to achieve quality and compliance; including evidence of remaining abreast of taxation, finance, superannuation and other relevant regulationsWorking knowledge of all aspects of the finance functions as well as financial reporting procedures to support Finance ManagerYou possess exceptional problem-solving skills and feel comfortable working through complex situationsYou enjoy and are skilled at both operational and strategic areas of workYou possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, colleagues and other external partiesYou have experience with improving internal finance operations and customer experience to achieve efficienciesYou are able to use technology and software effectively to assist communication and lead workflow efficienciesYou are open-minded and able to adapt to new and changing environmentsYou demonstrate high levels of personal initiative and accountability and can achieve outcomes within strict timeframesYou have demonstrated experience within a similar role.
