St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and aspiring Administration Officers who are passionate about providing exceptional support and creating positive experiences for students, staff, families, and visitors.As a key member of our professional services team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the College through high-quality administrative support, excellent customer service, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Roles come up periodically and will be for varying durations through out Term 4 and across term times in 2027. The OpportunityAdministration Officers play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the College. The Opportunity

About You

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in busy Administration and Reception roles
  • A relevant Certificate or qualification in Business Administration or similar would be highly regarded
  • Experience working in an educational setting and strong ability to communicate with people at all levels of the College community
  • Strong  and versatile IT experience particularly across Microsoft products
  • Confident in using your analytical and problem solving skills
  • A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach to undertaking tasks
  • A commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values
