About the RoleSt Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Assistant to join out Careers Counselling team.This role provides high-quality administrative, clerical, research, and event support to the Careers Counselling Department, helping students access current and relevant information about post-school pathways, tertiary study, employment, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. What You Bring

  • At least 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education or school environment.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support while managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, and digital information platforms; exposure to Synergetic or similar school management systems will be highly regarded.
