We are currently recruiting for two Administration Assistants to join our busy School Support team, providing a high level of customer service and administration throughout the school. Both roles are term time; one is full-time and the other is part-time (2 days per week).
The successful candidates will be experienced administrators who are confident with the Microsoft Office suite and have the ability to quickly grasp new administration processes and protocols. You will be someone who takes a high level of pride in completing all administration tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
As these roles work with students and their families as well as other staff and the St Margaret’s community in general it is essential the successful candidates have a natural friendly and welcoming manner.
These roles will initially be offered on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to extend this if mutually agreeable at the end of this.
