The framework provides a blueprint for creating challenging instructional goals, methods, materials and assessments that accurately assesses learner progress (Rose and Meyer 2011). You have strong relational and influential skills, and a natural ability to lead others.In addition to the being demonstrate capacity to lead the Primary Purpose and Key Responsibilities of the position as indicated in the position description, applicants are required to respond to the following key selection criteria:Essential:Tertiary qualifications in Education with evidence of continuous formal learning in a relevant field.Accreditation to Teach RE or Lead in a Catholic School, working towards attainment or preparedness to commence working towards attainment.Extensive experience coordinating inclusion and diversity practices in an education setting, with a particular focus on the design and delivery of program interventions.Sound knowledge of the NCCD Guidelines and related compliance processes.Highly developed understanding of sustainable positive education practices.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead others.Forward thinking and innovative. Desirable:Experience managing projects and resources.Understanding of Mercy traditions, and capacity to positively advance the mission and Mercy values.This position requires VIT registration and evidence of full vaccination (boosted) against Covid-19.
