This role plays a vital part in empowering and enabling all students to flourish in an inclusive, engaging, and mutually respectful environment.In this role, you will:Collaborate with the Leader of Inclusion and the wider Inclusion and Diversity Network to advocate for and implement reasonable adjustments.Facilitate targeted programs and learning supports that enhance student outcomes.Support teachers to differentiate and adjust curriculum for diverse learners in alignment with Universal Design for Learning principles.Liaise with students, families, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated support and smooth transitions.Participate in Program Support Group and Transition meetings, contributing to learning goals and student progress.Build staff capability in applying the Disability Standards for Education through coaching and collaboration.Analyse educational data with the Educational Data Specialist to inform practice and improve outcomes.ABOUT YOUYou are a dedicated educator who values diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
