Royal on the Park is an independently owned and managed hotel, with 153 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant & lounge bar and event facilities with the capacity to host up to 700 people. We are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our Front Office Department for 30 hours a week over five days. The Role:Are you someone who thrives on exceptional planning and assisting guest with their enquiries? Come join us to sell our beautiful historical iconic hotel in the middle of Brisbane city!The successful candidate will be proficient in Hotel Systems including GDS, knowledge of PMS interface systems, preferably Opera.As this is a highly rewarding and exciting role from Monday to Friday we require someone with great phone etiquette, organised email and web communication prioritizing daily.
