Royal on the Park is currently seeking a Kitchen Hand on a casual basis.About YouTo be successful in the role, you ill have previous experience as a Kitchen Hand preferably within a busy multi outlet environment. You will have the ability to work both autonomously and as pare of a team. Full availability over a 7 day rotating roster is essential.About the RoleReporting to the Executive Chef, our Kitchen Hands are responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently whilst adhering to strict food safety regulations.Tasks include:Assisting in washing crockery, cutlery and other cooking equipment.In accordance with government regulations you will ensure that all cleaning and sanitising is adhered to, this includes the compactor, recycling area, bench tops, refrigerators and storerooms.Ensure the correct handling and cleaning of all equipment.Assist the department with food preparation, storage and rotation.Ensure that quality food control standards are maintained as outlines within the Kitchen's policies and procedures.The OfferThe successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions, career development and training opportunities.
