If you genuinely enjoy your profession and are keen to become part of a supportive organisational culture, then please review the required skills and experience below: : About the roleProvide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, both internal and externalIdentify and ensure guest needs, wants and expectations are met across both the Restaurant and Banqueting spacesCommunicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to ensure a positive guest experienceAssist across all services including Lounge Bar, in-room dining, poolside service.Adhere to Sequence of Service processes and event order detailsAssist guests in making restaurant and function arrangements and catering to dietary needsUse all opportunities to promote specials and hotel facilities                                                          About you12 months experience in a similar role preferably in a 4-5 star hotel environmentA strong commitment to customer service, leadership and the ability to work well under pressureExcellent verbal & written communication skills and a strong attention to detailAbility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol certificationBenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions, career development and training opportunities.
