Couple this with our idyllic location overlooking the botanic gardens, and access to Brisbane’s premier shopping and dining precincts, and you’ve got our recipe for success.Supported by the General Manager and Executive Committee, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for:Managing a 40 person food and beverage team with a focus on training and development; you’ll be the head of the Food and Beverage Royal Family!Overseeing banquet, restaurant and kitchen operations to deliver royal-standard serviceManaging wage, food and beverages costs in line with budget and forecasted revenuesCollaborating with an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to design and deliver creative seasonal menusDeveloping strategies and promotions to stimulate revenue growth across all Food & Beverage areasPartnering with suppliers to maximise ROI on our Food & Beverage offeringsWorking as part of the Executive Committee; charged with developing hotel strategies and policies.
