Our amazing venue with views overlooking the Botanical Gardens is looking for a Team Leader to join our wonderful team.About the roleIdentify and ensure guest needs, wants and expectations are met across both the Restaurant and Banqueting spacesCommunicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to ensure a positive guest experienceAssist across all services including Lounge Bar, Banquets, in-room dining, and poolside service.Adhere to the Sequence of Service processes and event order detailsAssist guests in making restaurant arrangements and catering to dietary needsUse all opportunities to promote specials and hotel facilities.                                         About you12 months experience in a similar role preferably in a 4-5 star hotel environmentA strong commitment to customer service, leadership and the ability to work well under pressureExcellent verbal & written communication skills and a strong attention to detailAbility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol certificationBenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions, career development and training opportunities. About the role

  • Identify and ensure guest needs, wants and expectations are met across both the Restaurant and Banqueting spaces
  • Communicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Assist across all services including Lounge Bar, Banquets, in-room dining, and poolside service.
  • Adhere to the Sequence of Service processes and event order details

About you
