We are currently seeking energetic and customer service focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join us on a Full Time, Part Time or Casual basis.About the roleYou will deliver exceptional a la carte Food & Beverage service and have competent knowledge with drink service. You will be successful in this role by providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, both internal and external, by identifying and ensuring their needs, wants and expectations are consistently delivered.About you12 months experience in a similar role preferably in a 4-5 star hotel environmentA solid commitment to customer service and the ability to work well under pressureA la carte and drink service experienceKnowledgeable on table service etiquetteExcellent verbal & written communication skills and a strong attention to detailAbility to work mornings, nights, weekends and public holidaysCurrent QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certificationThe successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions, career development and training opportunities.
