In November 2021 our Walnut Restaurant was awarded the prize of ‘Best Hotel Restaurant’ in south-east Queensland and within our kitchen brigade, we are now fortunate to have, ‘Chef of the Year’ within our senior leadership team.We now have a unique opportunity to add to our brigade and are looking for a Demi and/or Commi Chef to join our progressive team on a casual basis.
