You are an experienced Account Manager with an ability to manage and proactively source business opportunities across all market segments.The roleWorking within the Sales & Marketing Team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on your own sales collateral and decide how best to pitch the hotel based on your knowledge of the client and their needs. We are an independent hotel which allows for a more flexible approach to your work – a bit more ‘constitutional’ than ‘monarchy’. Lean on your creativity to make the role your own. You will be attending networking events, personally and virtually, whilst nurturing your industry contacts as well as wining and dining your clients; retention is key. Whilst flexibility is important, after-hours networking may be required, with a possibility of some interstate travel a handful of times each year. At Royal on the Park, we value quality over quantity with the freedom to dictate your approach to work, without the crazy hours!Whilst you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, your focus will be on ensuring our existing clients’ needs are anticipated and met, and ensuring every interaction they have with our hotel is exceptional.
