Housekeeping (Turn-down) Attendant Royal on the Park is currently seeking a Turn-down Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. One of Brisbane's longest standing and truly iconic, traditional hotels. Renowned for its warm atmosphere, professional team and exceptional guest service.About the RoleReporting to the Housekeeping Manager, our attendants are responsible for ensuring the comfort of our guests. Tasks include: Conducting evening guest turn-down serviceRooms and linen collection/distributionEnsuring rooms are of a high standard in both cleanliness and presentationChecking all room appliances, finishes, fittings and furnishings and reporting defects accordinglyEnsuring tasks are completed in line with productivity expectationsAssisting with public area cleaningHandling guest dry cleaning with care and efficiency Adhering to all WHS policies and proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in a turn-down position, preferably within a 4 to 5 star hotel environment. You will have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of team while working to deadlines and high standards.
