A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join one of Brisbane's most recognised properties. Royal on the Park Hotel is located in the CBD, opposite the Botanic Gardens, and carries a rich history through its signature venue, The Walnut Restaurant.Food & Beverage is central to our daily operations, spanning large-scale events in the Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Ballroom, weddings, intimate dining in the Walnut Restaurant, meetings and conferences across our function rooms and a 24/7 in-house guest service.About the roleDeliver friendly and professional service across all Food & Beverage operationsIdentify and meet guest needs and expectations across food and beverage spacesCommunicate with all departments, including Kitchen and Front Office, to support a positive guest experienceAssist across all service areas as required, including Bar, in-room dining and restaurantLead, train and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer serviceManage inventory and stock controlSupervise staff on each shift and provide constructive feedback to support performanceAbout You1–2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role preferred,A genuine commitment to customer service and leadership, with the ability to work under pressure,Strong verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail,Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster,Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.What We OfferThe successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions, career development and training opportunities. About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role preferred,
  • A genuine commitment to customer service and leadership, with the ability to work under pressure,
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail,
  • Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster,
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
