What we need from you:
- Relevant trade qualifications (minimum Commercial Cookery Cert III with at least 1 year’s experience, working in a commercial kitchen)
- Basic Industry Experience in commercial cooking is a must, including ala carte, production, breakfast, lunch and dinner services
- Flexibility to work around a varying roster
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Recognised food safety training certificate
