We strive towards improving the health and wellbeing of our rural communities and believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary health care services. About the RoleFull time fixed term maternity leave contract, $78k-$83k base plus generous salary packaging  Flying Doctors Victoria are now accepting applications for a Recruitment Officer to join the People and Culture team on a maximum term contract through until June 2023.Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator will manage end to end recruitment for the organisation, acting as an advisor to hiring managers and other key stakeholders of the organisation.In addition, the Recruitment Coordinator will encourage and promote collaborative approaches to achieve the strategic and operational priorities of the organisation ensuring the attraction and engagement of a quality workforce.Key selection criteria Qualification (HR or equivalent) or previous experience in a similar roleDemonstrated knowledge in developing recruitment strategy and executinglarge scale recruitment projects.Well-developed organisation and time management skills, with the ability tomonitor and track projects and targets, multi task, juggle competingdeadlines and work under tight deadlines.Good knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and relatedprinciples such as Enterprise Agreements; Fair Work Act, Equal EmploymentOpportunity and Work Health & Safety.Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving processes to enhanceemployee experience and achieve organisational goals.Applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights and will be required to provide a satisfactory police check and Victorian WWCC if successful.This is an exciting opportunity to work for an iconic Australian charity that promotes a supportive and inclusive working culture, offers a flexible working environment and attractive employee benefits.If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for and you’re passionate about making a difference to the lives of regional and rural Victorians send through a copy of your resume and a cover letter outlining the key selection criteria and suitability for the role.
