We strive towards improving the health and well-being of our rural communities and believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary healthcare services. About the roleThe Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS) Victoria is seeking a passionate and proactive Quality Improvement Advisor to join our Corporate Services team based in Richmond. This role will lead, develop and implement the organisation's systems and processes supporting quality management and improvements. As a member of a small service delivery team, the QIA will work collaboratively across the organisation to support quality service outcomes for all its clients.Key responsibilities:Support the Continuous Improvement Model to analyse, develop and update Organisational policies, procedures, and processesSupport, train and facilitate staff in the development of skills in undertaking, recording and evaluating quality activities, reviews, projects and proceduresChampion a continuous improvement agenda across RFDS VictoriaPrepare relevant reports for committees and other groups to allow for an effective analysis of data and informationSupport the communication and sharing of knowledge and information about quality and clinical risk across RFDS VictoriaCoordinate and support external audits, accreditation and reviews including:National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards  ISO 9001: 2015and ISO 45001: 2018Conduct internal audits and reviews, complete reports and record and track audits and reviews.About YouThe successful candidate will think analytically and adopt a solution-focused approach. They will have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
