About the Role Flying Doctors Victoria are now accepting applications for a permanent full time People & Culture Advisor role within our tight-knit and expanding People & Culture department.With a strong focus on leadership coaching, the successful applicant will be the primary business partner for our Mobile Patient Care (MPC) department, a vital health service providing non-emergency patient transport from 21 road bases located throughout Victoria and New South Wales. Reporting to the P&C Manager, the P&C Advisor is responsible for providing effective advice and guidance to the MPC Leadership Team and staff on all People and Culture matters.
