These accolades stem from the community’s trust in our remarkable teams. Mobile Patient CareOur Mobile Patient Care offers non-emergency patient transport (NEPT) services across metropolitan, regional and rural Australia. Our highly qualified team transports patients between hospitals, homes, and specialist care facilities as comfortably as possible, and with efficiency. Our road and air infrastructure provide a network of door to door NEPT.Position PurposeOversight and management of RFDS Victoria’s clinical education and training needs, including development of frameworks, policy, process and practice and delivery of programs to ensure the necessary skills and expertise are assured within our Non-Emergency Patient Transport and First Aid Service capabilities.The successful applicant will lead and mentor a highly motivated team who are committed to ensuring our road and air teams deliver the best and safest clinical care and conveyance.Key AccountabilitiesIs accountable for work organisation, allocation of resources within, and outputs required, of the Clinical Team, including but not limited to induction, annual competency training and clinical assessments.Contributes to the strategic business planning within the Enablement group with the Mobile Patient Care team and participates in development of business plans and associated decision-making processes.Is accountable for development of policy and practice frameworks relevant to NEPT and FAS.Provides leadership in the adaption and application of concepts to operational matters within NEPT and FAS clinical scopes.Manages consultation processes, including engagement of peers and senior internal, and external stakeholders.Provides professional leadership and advice in the specialised area of clinical oversight in the regulated environment of NEPT and FAS.This is an exciting opportunity to work for an iconic Australian charity that promotes a supportive and inclusive working culture, offers a flexible working environment and exciting employee benefits.If this sounds like the job for you please click apply to start your application, including your resume and a cover letter (applications received without a cover letter will not be considered) outlining your suitability for the role.RFDS is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Position Description AUD Richmond 3121
