We believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary health care services.  Each year we come into contact with over 80,000 patients throughout Victoria, this includes primary health care and transport by air or on the road.A 10 month fixed term full time contract (mat leave cover) in the Marketing and Fundraising team The RoleMarketing and Fundraising are excited to announce that they are currently seeking applications for a Fundraising Coordinator- Campaigns to join a high performing, well established and collaborative Marketing and Fundraising team.The Fundraising Coordinator - Campaigns will be responsible for delivering engaging acquisition, on boarding and retention activities through direct mail and other supporting channels. The role will deliver best practice supporter journeys to continually improve the effectiveness of our supporter relationship management program.Key tasks and responsibilitiesDeliver a diverse suite of donor acquisition, engagement and retention activities to further bond the supporters with our causeProject manage engaging and inspiring campaigns including donor care newsletters, direct mail appeals and a year-round merchandise offering.Work closely with members of the Marketing & Fundraising team to ensure an integrated approach to donor retention, seeking cross promotional and integrated opportunities between different cohorts of supportersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers to ensure integrity of programs and fulfilment of service agreementsRegularly monitor and review campaign performance against agreed KPI'sKey Selection CriteriaMinimum 1 year relevant experience working in fundraising, marketing, communications, project management or a related field (essential)Prior experience that demonstrates an understanding of not-for-profit sector (desired)Direct Mail/Direct marketing campaigns experience (desired, not essential)Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyProven ability to build genuine relationships and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including coworkers, agencies, suppliers and volunteersExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenDisplay strong attention to detail when completing tasksPlease note applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights and will be required to provide a satisfactory police check and Victorian WWCC if successful.This is an exciting opportunity to work for an iconic Australian charity that promotes a supportive and inclusive working culture, offers a flexible working environment and attractive employee benefits.If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for send through a copy of your resume and a cover letter COB 6th December 2021 outlining your suitability for the role.
