The OrganisationProudly serving Australians since 1928, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) provides emergency aero medical and health services for people in rural and remote Australia.  RFDS Victoria supports the work of the Flying Doctor throughout Australia and is also growing its services across the State.A permanent part time opportunity Part time (0.8) for a Data entry Officer/Assistant Finance Officer based in Sale, East GippslandThe Role   This position will report to the Data Integrity Manager/ Facilities Coordinator and is the link between the Operations Centre and the Financial Accounts. It ensures that all patient record information pertaining to non-emergency patient transport undertaken for Ambulance Victoria is accurately entered into a database to enable reporting and analysis on a timely basis. The role also assists in the timely processing of creditor purchase orders and invoices under direction of the Finance Officer and the collection of outstanding debts.Key tasks and responsibilities Import EmpLive shift data and AV raw data into AV billing databaseAnalysis of billing database transport data against run sheets. Amend billing database as required. Transfer case data from the AV billing database to the AV_IMT for invoicingEnter AV adhoc transports into the AV_IMT and complete AV adhoc pricing in TraegerEnter AV CPAV transports into the AV_IMTEnsure that overtime has been correctly recorded in the AV billing database by performing final review of overtime reported on run sheets prior to invoicingReview AV billing database and AV_IMT for any other errors/omissions.Review AV run sheets for meal allowances.
