The School
Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School has over 3000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 and over 400 staff across campuses in Moonee Ponds, Essendon, Keilor East, sports grounds at Keilor Park and an Outdoor Education camp at Eildon. We have a rigourous academic program and extensive co-curricular program to support student learning, care and wellbeing.
The School provides a diamond education, with a co-educational Kindergarten programme, single-sex education at the Junior Schools and Middle Schools from Years 7 to 10 and co-education at the Larkin Centre (Years 11 to 12).
The sports programme is designed to improve students' health and fitness, build teamwork and leadership skills and to contribute actively to student emotional well-being. The school offers a broad range of sports, including athletics, cricket, golf, tennis, volleyball, swimming, triathlon, softball, touch football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, hockey, soccer, cross-country, netball, football, fencing and fitness.
The school is affiliated with the AGSV and APS, and over 1700 secondary students (boys and girls) compete in weekday and weekend sporting competitions.
The Role

This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) ongoing position commencing 19 January 2026 based at the Keilor East campus, working closely with our Director of Sport, Coordinators of Sport and Sports Administrator to assist with the administration of the school's secondary sports and co-curricular programmes.
