Administration Assistant


The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Assistant for a part-time (0.315), ongoing position. The successful candidate will work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11.00am to 3.00pm, reporting to the Head of Junior School (Girls).The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, perform a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions, and adapt to changing priorities and tasks with flexibility and efficiency.Key requirements are: Excellent verbal communication for interacting with staff, parents and studentsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasksEffective computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, ExcelA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA commitment to child safety, demonstrating an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children with diverse needs and backgroundsA valid Working With Children Check and National Criminal Record Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.Further details about the role are available in the position description. The SchoolPenleigh and Essendon Grammar School has over 3000 students from K-12 at campuses in Moonee Ponds, Essendon and Keilor East.
