Performance Marketing Manager

Since 2012 we have grown our network to over 70 stores across 3 countries with more stores to open over the next 12 months.We listen, we care & we always want to be better!ABOUT THE ROLE:As an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and increasing our presence in the digital space. You will be responsible for leading and managing our creative team, as well as overseeing the digital marketing strategy and initiatives across all channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing our Creative and PR teamManaging all paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEM, YouTube, Spotify, etc.)Leading the implementation and management of brand campaigns including organic & paid search, and influencer & affiliate marketing to maximise ROIDevelop, scale and manage the OW digital marketing strategyOptimise our marketing campaigns via creative A/B testing, segmentation & CRMPartner with our product and retail departments for new releases - offers, products, etc.Liaise with our company directors, providing feedback, revisions and meeting deadlinesContribute to the marketing calendar, providing ideas for network marketing prioritiesYOU WILL HAVE:  A Qualification/Degree in Digital Marketing AND/OR related field 4+ years experience in e-commerce/digital marketing  CRM experience  Experience with Magento, Shopify & Mailchimp SEM management experience SEO & Google Analytics experience  Excellent time management skillsStrong communication skills Proven leadership skills with experience leading a close-knit, creative team  High motivation with a positive, can-do attitude A creative eye with strong attention to detail The ability to analyse data and use results to grow the brand BENEFITS:  Supportive & Collaborative Team Environment Long Term Career Progression with a growing company  1 FREE pair of glasses every 6 months  Based in convenient CBD Location AUD Sydney 2007
