We are looking for an experienced, vibrant, and customer service oriented leader to join our Wetherill Park team as an Part-Time Optical Dispenser/Key-holder!ABOUT OSCAR WYLEE:This is an incredible time to jump on-board - we are expanding and growing our OW family bigger & better than ever! We now have 70+ stores around Australia & NZ, with more stores set to open in 2021! Oscar Wylee offers designer eye-wear at affordable prices! We control the entire process from design, production and distribution, so we're able to offer exceptional quality frames for $169 including prescription lenses.ABOUT THE ROLE:At Oscar Wylee, we pride ourselves on our culture and its people. We are seeking an energetic, friendly and customer service oriented individual to join our big OW family.You will utilise your optical knowledge to provide professional eye care and exceptional customer service to every OW customer, you will represent our culture, beliefs and value. YOU WIll HAVE:

  • Must have 2 years experience in the Optical/retail industry 
  • Optical Dispensing Cert IV is highly desirable
  • Must be available Thursday, Sunday & Mondays. 
  • Management experience desirable 
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail working environment
  • Clear communication skill and excellent listening skills
  • Highly motivated, positive and friendly
  • Strong people skills - you’re approachable and empathetic
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
