We value long-lasting customer relationship and as such responsibilities and duties include but not limited to. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:DispensingTranspose customer prescriptions without assistanceCompetently dispense complex lenses and frames according to patient’s needsConduct all vision glasses collection, adjustment & troubleshoot without assistanceAbility to confidently discuss the lens benefits and extras with browsers including the value of their pricingRecommend the most suitable styles and colours to customersDiscuss Health Fund Claims confidently with patients/customers and explain why their specific Health Fund may not cover what they expectRemake, adjust and repair frames for patients / customersFollow up on outstanding customer ordersConduct pre testing under guidance of Licensed OptometristExceptional Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer interactions exceed their expectations at all timesBuild customer relationship and establishing communityAddress customer issues and queries in an appropriate and timely mannerUnderstanding and ability to communicate our warranty & refund policiesBasic QualificationProvincial licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianry association as an opticianExceptional customer service and communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to deal with difficult customers and situations;Ability to use initiative and adapt to different situations;Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekendsApply Today if you want to be part of something amazing!
