Retail Support/ Inbound Customer Care Officer

Due to recent internal promotion, Oscar Wylee is now looking for an energetic, self-motivated and proactive individual to be our new Retail Support/Inbound Customer Care Officer on a permanent Full-Time basis! About Oscar Wylee:Oscar Wylee offers designer eyewear at affordable prices and leads the way for socially conscious businesses. About the Role:Due to our recent growth and internal movement, we are excited to welcome an experienced professional with a "can do" attitude to join our Retail Support team in our CBD head office. You will utilise your excellent communication and multi-tasking skills to effectively managing and helping every customer's queries and need in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:Provide exemplary customer service via inbound calls, email and social media platforms.Effectively and efficiently resolve queries and demonstrate problem-solving.Support Retail teams to achieve store targets through prompt customer care administrative support and follow up.Timely support and assist retail teams' general queries.Utilise your active listening skills to assess the situation & customer needs.Ad hoc duties as required by management.Experience and Skills:Minimum 2 years experiences in an office environment.Clear and professional communication skill in both written and verbal forms.Demonstrated the ability to self-lead and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail and prioritizing skills.Experience in the Optical/Retail industries will be highly desirable but not essential.Job Offer:Friendly and Supportive Office EnvironmentStable Permanent Full-Time Position 9 am - 5:30 pm working hours.CBD Location  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law AUD Sydney 2000
