We started our business online and have grown our network to 65 stores across 3 countries with more stores to open over the next 12 months. About the opportunity
We have rolled out our Joint Venture Partnership program which is for experienced Optometrists to become a business owner. You will earn a salary and receive a share of the profits. We take away the pressure away of starting your own business. As we continue to grow we are opening new stores and we want you to be a part of our growth.
- Optometrist – a minimum of 5 years practical experience
- Degree in Optometry & AHPRA registration
- The ability to influence, mentor, support and motivate team members
- Clinical excellence and the ability to create a professional and friendly experience for every OW patient
