ABOUT OSCAR WYLEEOscar Wylee is a lifestyle brand with one objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price while leading the way for socially conscious businesses.  We control the entire process from design, production and distribution, so we're able to offer exceptional quality frames for $169 including prescription lenses.  We focus on the bigger picture, too and work with charities to provide optical services to those in need.About the RoleOscar Wylee is seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator to report directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for driving the marketing strategy of the brand with a strong emphasis on SEM and Social Media advertising.Key Responsibilities:Develop branding, communication and content strategies across SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing and various other online and offline channelsFacebook, Instagram and AdWords managementMonitor market trends, conduct research to understand user insights and needsResearch consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and potential risksDevelop analytics, tools and reports that will assist in best-measuring results from activity and spend effectivenessExperience and Skills:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent2 years experience in a Marketing  / Digital Media role A real hunger to learn and bring new ideas.A growth hacker mindset with the ability to spot new marketing opportunitiesExceptional written communication, influencing and presentation skillsHigh-level proficiency in social media marketing and command of major platformsStrong general knowledge of digital and usability conceptsSolid results driving Digital Campaigns including SEO/SEM, Display and RetargetingProven track record of managing successful digital strategies and campaigns AUD Sydney 2000
