We are seeking a vibrant and gifted "Training and Development Officer" who will be responsible for development, implementation and tracking of Oscar Wylee training programs. The Training and Development Officer is pivotal to not only ensure compliance training is meet but our staff are given the knowledge to develop and grow with the company. This role will offer variety and challenge to a candidate wanting to work in a fast paced environment. Some travel may be required in order to deliver engaging workshop training to various store locations. Key Responsibilities:Assist with development and update training manuals and procedures.Create learning modules on eLearning platform and facilitate workshopsCoordinate roll out of training programs to stores and head officeTrack and evaluate learning outcomes for all employees Facilitating induction training to new startersIdentify training needs and provide training solutionsResearch, develop and engage contemporary training modulesDevelop and maintain training registerTrack employee qualifications and training progressAssist with tracking of employee career progressionAd-hoc administration and project workExperience and Skills:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Optical retail industry.Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Cert IV in Training and EducationKnowledge in Optical dispensing and WHS is highly desirableKnowledge on effective learning and development methodsExcellent communicator who can facilitate and drive impactful training workshopsStrong attention to detailExcellent computer skillsDeadline driven, proactive and highly organised AUD Sydney 2000
