Head of Marketing

THE ROLEJoin the exciting growth at Oscar Wylee in this newly created Head of Marketing role!! As an experienced and data-driven Head of Marketing, you will align with Oscar Wylee’s values, aesthetic vision and goals. You will lead & manage the creative team, as well as focus on strategically growing the OW digital space.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Creative and PR teamManage all paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Search, Youtube, Spotify etc)Lead the implementation and management of brand campaigns including organic & paid search, influencer and affiliate marketing to maximise ROIsDevelop, scale & manage the OW digital marketing strategyOptimise campaigns via creative A/B testing, segmentation, CRMWork with product/retail departments to creatively release new offers, new products etc.Liaise with company directors – providing feedback, revisions and meeting deadlinesContribute to the marketing calendar, providing ideas for network marketing prioritiesYOU WILL HAVE:A Qualification/Degree in Digital Marketing AND/OR related field4+ years experience in e-commerce/digital marketingCRM experienceExperience with Magento, Shopify & MailchimpSEO & Google Analytics experienceExcellent time management, with the ability to meet targets & deadlines.Clear communication  Proven leadership skills, leading a close-knit creative teamHighly motivated & positive attitudeCreative eye & attention to detailAbility to analyse data & use results to grow the brandBENEFITS:Supportive & Collaborative Team EnvironmentLong Term Career Progression with a growing company1 FREE pair of glasses every 6 monthsBased in Convenient CBD LocationMon-Fri roster, Full-TimeOSCAR WYLEE:This is a great time to join us as we are expanding and growing our OW family bigger than ever!
