Known for high end details and never compromising on fabrication or fit, MARCS and David Lawrence never go out of style.We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence Joondalup Myer concession stores!We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Concession Store Manager to join and lead the team, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs and David Lawrence brands.This is a Part-Time role and you will be required to work 30 hours per week on a Tuesday to Saturday roster. Leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within our concessionstores, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, rostering and reporting. The ideal candiate will have:Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;A huge passion for fashion;Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; andLove for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!We can offer:Generous Clothing allowance and employee discount;Competitive bonus and incentive scheme;Career progression opportunities based on performance; andA dedicated operational sales team with a friendly and encouraging Support Office.
