The Project Manager is fully accountable for the performance of their AUMS operation across all areas including safety, environment & profitability, the role is vital to the success of our business.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally be a tertiary qualified mining engineer with strong commercial acumen as well as exceptional project management and client relationship skills gained within a mining contractor organisation. Skills & Experience required

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering (Preferred)
  • Significant experience in a Project Management role working for a Mining Contractor
  • Significant Underground Metalliferous experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, task-focussed and results driven
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs and resources
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • A drive for continuous improvement
  • Outstanding client relations management skills
