Maddington Toyota are seeking an organised Vehicle Administrator to join our busy Fleet Administration Team in our Pre Delivery Centre located in Maddington.
As a Vehicle Administrator your main focus is to is to maintain and process all administration for new fleet vehicles for the dealership. The role will involve processing paperwork, data entry and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders.
Role
- Liaise between departments and provide excellent customer service
- Data entry of transactions and invoicing
- Deal processing
- Assisting Fleet Account Managers with Online and Pit Licensing Forms
- Attending the licensing centre to License Vehicles for the Fleet Department
- Processing of new deal packs and double checking back-end figures
- Assisting the Fleet Manager with Day-to-Day Tasks.
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties
You
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible
- Current and Valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive a manual transmission
- Knowledge of fleet business/dealership operations is highly regarded
- DOT online processing for new vehicle registrations is essential
- Proven Dealership Administration Experience with a highly developed knowledge of the Automotive Industry is essential
