Midland Toyota has a rewarding career opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our vibrant collaborative team.

The Stock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer's vehicles.

ROLE:

• Stock management & administration
• Sourcing & co-ordination of inter-dealer stock swaps
• Vehicle licensing back fill
• Preparation and processing forward order entry
• Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
• Relationship building within the franchise network.

YOU:

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Dealership management system experience
• Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy,
• A positive can do attitude & work ethic. 
• Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not essential happy to train the right candidate
